Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Triuno Business Solutions (“Triuno”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”).

Who is responsible

Triuno Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2025/636199/07), Durban, South Africa, is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website. You can contact our Information Officer, Seth Raman, at info@triuno.co.za.

What we collect

When you contact us: your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

When you apply for a vacancy: your first name, surname, email address, contact number and your CV, including any personal information it contains (such as work history, qualifications and skills).

Automatically: basic technical information needed to run and secure the website, such as your IP address and browser type. We use this to protect against spam and abuse. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide our services.
  • To assess your application for a role, contact you about it, and present your profile to the hiring client for that role.
  • To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We process personal information on the basis of your consent, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, for our legitimate interests in running our business, or where the law requires it.

Recruitment applications

When you apply for a vacancy, your details and CV are stored in our applicant tracking system. With your consent, we share your profile with the client who is hiring for the role you applied for. We do not share your CV with other clients without your permission. We will not use your details for marketing unless you have separately agreed to it.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only where necessary:

  • with hiring clients, for roles you have applied for;
  • with service providers who host or support our systems (such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365), under agreements that require them to protect your information;
  • where the law requires it.

Some of our service providers may process information outside South Africa. When this happens, we make sure there is adequate protection in place as required by section 72 of POPIA.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Candidate information is reviewed regularly and removed or anonymised when it is no longer needed or when consent is withdrawn.

How we protect it

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption, access controls and secure Microsoft cloud hosting in South Africa.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may:

  • ask whether we hold personal information about you, and request a copy;
  • ask us to correct or delete your personal information;
  • object to the processing of your personal information;
  • withdraw your consent at any time;
  • lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@triuno.co.za. You can also contact the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
